On Monday, December 17th, the Jake’s House team gathered for a festive family dinner. The room was filled with good cheer and gratitude, as our small but mighty group reflected on all we accomplished this year with the help of our kind and generous supporters. We shared stories and laughs over a great meal, and left with full stomachs and fuller hearts.

    On December 10th, the Jake's House family gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.

    On November 26th, the Jake's House family gathered at the RBC Place London to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.
