Devin’s Wish

Discover a Jake’s House Holiday Party through the eyes of our friend, Devin, a young boy with autism.

For several years, Devin and his family have been a part of the Jake’s House family, attending our annual holiday party every December. This year, they were eager to share their excitement and their experience with the world in hopes of helping Jake’s House reach more families like theirs.

While thrilled to have hosted our largest party in Toronto to date and our first party in Ottawa this year, Jake’s House recognizes that there are so many more families elsewhere that could use some good cheer and great company during the holiday season. We want to bring the Jake’s House Holiday Party across Canada, so that families living with autism country-wide may be able to connect with a caring community, and to have a welcoming, fun place to celebrate the season together.

Simply put, we wish to spread joy to more children like Devin. Join the Jake’s House family, and help us introduce these festive celebrations to families across Canada.

    On December 10th, the Jake's House family gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.

    On November 26th, the Jake's House family gathered at the RBC Place London to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.
