LMP Funding Announcement

On June 14th, 2019, Jake’s House and our collaborators gathered at the Hockey Hall of Fame to learn of the progress the Legends Mentoring Program has made to date–and to commit to working together to continue to further advance the program and deepen its impact.

Specifically, the Government of Ontario announced continued funding of the program and U SPORTS committed to assisting with awareness and volunteer recruitment, among other partner expressions of support.

The Legends Mentoring Program offers youth with autism with opportunities to socialize and learn new skills in mentor-led, interactive workshops. Thank you to all of our partners who make the support of this community possible.

    On December 10th, the Jake's House family gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.

    On November 26th, the Jake's House family gathered at the RBC Place London to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.
