Jake’s House Employment Mentoring helps young adults with autism transition into and thrive in the working world. Through short-term job placements, successful candidates will receive opportunities to develop and demonstrate their social and professional skills, as well as their confidence and independence, as they gain quality employment experience. To provide guidance and support in navigating the workplace during the placement, each recruited employee is connected with a caring mentor.
