Jake’s House Employment Mentoring helps young adults with autism transition into and thrive in the working world. Through short-term job placements, successful candidates will receive opportunities to develop and demonstrate their social and professional skills, as well as their confidence and independence, as they gain quality employment experience. Ensuring candidates feel guided and supported throughout the term of their placements, they are paired with caring mentors who help them navigate the workplace.
