#BrothersWearBlue

Every April, World Autism Awareness Month, a global community bands together to encourage understanding, respect and support of families affected by ASD around the world.

In Toronto, a group of caring students, the brotherhood of Chaminade College School, has an annual tradition of increasing awareness through the symbolic displays of wearing blue and raising an autism-organization flag. On April 11, 2019, teachers, students and supporters alike, all sporting blue shirts, gathered around the flag pole for this moving and meaningful ceremony.

We are so inspired by this student-led initiative, and believe it is the perfect demonstration of how we can all contribute to positive change in some way. Every small showing of support leads to great impact. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of families affected by autism.
