The Jake’s House Employment Mentoring Program offers a low-risk hiring strategy, connecting employers with well-qualified candidates from a strong and large but often overlooked talent pool. Leveraging a proven recruitment method relied upon by some of Canada’s leading employers, the program connects businesses with well-qualified candidates on the autism spectrum or a developmental disability.
